Please contact me for further information about my rates. Costs can vary depending on the type and length of services provided.

HSA Benefits

Psychological assessment, testing, consultation, and psychotherapy fees can typically be submitted for reimbursement from HSA/FSA funds. Upon request, I can provide you with an invoice that you can then submit for reimbursement.

Health Insurance

My services are provided on a ‘self-pay’ basis, and I do not accept insurance. For psychotherapy services, if you have ‘out of network’ benefits, you may be able to receive some partial reimbursement from your insurance company once your deductible has been met depending on your insurance. Upon request, I can provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for psychotherapy sessions. To fully understand your insurance coverage, you should carefully read the section in your insurance coverage booklet that describes mental health services. If you have questions about the coverage, call your plan administrator. I do not currently provide invoices for insurance reimbursement for neuropsychological, intellectual or educational testing or assessment, or for consultation services.

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and credit or debit card payment. We can discuss this further when you contact me.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged the full rate of the session.
